Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for any purchases made on the FroDy Customs website. All items are sold as-is, and we are not responsible for any issues or concerns that may arise after purchase. We make every effort to ensure that our items work and function correctly at the time of upload, but we cannot guarantee that they will work perfectly in all situations or server / environments. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for items that do not work or if you are unable to use them in your project or server, or workflow.

We strongly advise that you review our product descriptions, previews, and any server or program requirements before making a purchase to ensure that the item will work for your specific needs. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please open a ticket in our Discord HERE, and we will be happy to assist you.

In the rare event that a purchased item is defective or not as described, please contact us immediately in a ticket, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. However, please note that we cannot offer refunds for any digital downloads that have been downloaded or used.
